If you are not satisfied with your Bamberoo carrier, please contact me. I'll do my best to resolve the situation. I accept returns within 10 days after receiving carrier in clean and unused, unwashed condition in original packaging from the original buyer. I refund the purchase price (shipping is not refundable). Please contact me before returning for authorization.
Sorry, no returns on custom or altered items.

Warranty:

Within one year after purchase, I repair your carrier if needed. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or anything that might happen to the custom fabric provided by the customer. Warranty applies to construction work and fabrics provided by me. After the first year I do the repair for a small charge. Shipping is paid by the customer.

Safety:

The Bamberoo Mei tai is made of high quality materials, with sturdy construction. Please follow instructions before attempt to use the carrier. The user is solely responsible for the safety of themselves and those individuals under their care using the products.

This carrier can not be used while driving/riding any vehicles, cooking, sporting, swimming, diving, sleeping, handling hot liquids/chemicals. This list cannot possibly include warnings about all the things a person might absent-mindedly do. This carrier is not intended to replace any safety device required by law and will not protect your child in any way. This carrier is safe as long as you follow instructions and use common sense. Always apply sunscreen to body parts exposed to the sun, preferably to the whole body while using the solarveil hooded carrier outside. Do not alter!

Please examine carrier before each use and discontinue using if it's damaged. Please exercise extreme care and caution while wearing your baby! By purchasing the Bamberoo Mei Tai you assume responsibility for the safety of your child. I assume no responsibility for the misuse of or occurrences related to the misuse of this carrier.

Ordering a Custom Bamberoo:

I list 1 custom slot in my Etsy store every Thursday night around 9PM (EST)

Fabrics:
You can choose fabrics from my fabrics page here, or you can send your own material if you prefer.
If you want to send your own print, I'll need 22" (if at least 44" wide) In case the pattern on the hood and body needs to be matched, please send 1 yard. I keep a great variety of twills and canvases for straps and backing in stock for you to choose from. If you would like something else, you may order it, but please let me know first. I reserve the right to decline working with certain materials I don't find safe for Mei Tais.
It's best if you pre-wash your fabric the way you plan to wash your finished Mei Tai.

When you are sending your fabric, please include a note with your full name, address and email address inside the package. In case you have the fabric sent to me, please ask the sender to include at least your name inside the package.

Measurements:
- The width of the body is 16" at the base, 18.5" at the widest point on top and 17" tall without the waist band. (The solarveil panel MT's body is 16"X17")
- The body height can be customized. I recommend 16" for younger babies. 17"-18" for older babies and toddlers.
- Padded shoulder straps: 80" standard, YOU CAN SPECIFY LENGTH.
- Padded waist straps: 75" standard, YOU CAN SPECIFY LENGTH.

Turnaround time is 2 weeks counting from the time I receive payment, desired measurements and fabric (if it's sent in).
